The Class H Non-Percolating Canvas is the fire hose of choice for professional firefighting brigades. Our Class H hose is woven with spun polyester fibres, which gives excellent abrasion resistance and flexibility. This hose is not only lighter and easier to handle compared to an extruded fire hose, it is also easier to roll up and takes up less storage space.

Sabre is a percolating hose that seeps water through the textile reinforcement. By mechanically pinpricking the hose over its length, a thin water layer forms over the hose, offering extra protection against burning coals. Sabre is a Class H fire hose with a high working pressure of 2100 kPa.
This fire hose is woven from filament polyester with state-of-the-art Loomex™ technology. Sabre has a fused thermoplastic polyurethane lining, creating an inseparable bond with the textile reinforcement. Sabre is manufactured with various percolation rates:
- LP – Low Percolation (Standard)
- MP – Medium Percolation
- HP – High Percolation
Sabre™ is fully synthetic, making the fabric imperishable from moisture, unlike the original canvas percolating fire hose. It does not require drying after use, although drying does prevent surface mould stains.

diameters & lengths
Sabre is available in diameters of 25mm to 64mm. Usually this hose is supplied in 30m lengths but longer lengths can be made up to 200m.
