Forged 316 Stainless Steel threaded gate valve designed to ANSI B16.34. Qualified BSP threaded female ends with an aluminium handle. These gate valve is tested and Inspected according to API598 for quality assurance. Ideal for services requiring flow or no flow, the gate valve should either be fully closed or fully open. Our gate valves commonly feature in industrial piping where flow isolation is essential in comparison to flow regulation. When a gate valve is fully open, flow is free without any resistance, allowing for minimal pressure drop.

Gate valves are also designed differently than globe valves. Instead of a disc, these valves have gate faces that are parallel or wedge shaped, and they’re designed with a rising or a non-rising stem. This helps workers understand when the valve is fully open or fully closed.
