A Sydney Bakery required a manual ball valve solution with limit switch’s to provide more accurate monitoring and control on a mixing line. While this is generally required on air or electric operated valves our in-house team of fabricators were able to provide a complete solution for the client to install a visual indicator on manual operated ball valves.
3/4″ BSP Stainless Steel Ball Valve 63 Bar, lockable lever operation. 20mm bore, Reinforced PTFE seats, FKM seals, F03/F04 ISO mounting pad. Vacuum to 63 Bar pressure range, media temp -20°C to 180°C. Live loaded packing. Fitted with Limit Switch Box for Pneumatic Actuator Powder coated aluminium body. IP67 protection.
